Cranberry and Orange Gin Fizz:
40ml London dry
20ml Cointreau
25ml cranberry juice
25ml orange juice
½ tsp caster sugar
Top with soda (roughly around 100ml)
Orange wedge to garnish
Shake and strain or build in a glass if short on time. Top with soda and garnish with an orange wedge
Sloe/Damson and Spiced Apple
50ml Sloe or Damson gin
200ml spiced apple juice*
*Infuse the cloudy apple juice by gently heating with your favourite winter spices for around 20 minutes.
Decant infused apple juice into a heatproof glass or mug and top with 50ml Sloe or Damson. Garnish with an orange wheel, cinnamon stick & star anise.
The BLG (Brunel, Lemon Grass and Ginger):
50ml 6 o’clock Brunel addition
Lemongrass (slightly bruised)
Fresh ginger
Ginger ale
Add a good measure of Brunel Edition to an ice filled highball. Top with Ginger Ale and stir with the lemon grass. Add a thin slice of fresh ginger
The Spice Road:
40ml Brunel edition
20ml Bramley and Gage sweet vermouth
10ml Ginger syrup
5 dashes orange bitters
Stir the ingredients over ice and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger
